Who We Are

We Know Kenya.
So We Do Kenya.

MK Impakt Advisory Limited is a Kenyan-owned specialist advisory firm dedicated to supporting government institutions, international development agencies, and the private sector to understand, measure, and maximise their social and economic impact.

"MK Impakt Advisory was founded on the recognised need within the international development community to ground and prioritize project interventions in local context — ensuring programmes are designed, implemented, and evaluated with a deep understanding of the communities they serve."

Our team combines national expertise with international development agency experience, working alongside a network of national and international experts. We are registered as a Private Limited Company in Kenya and are fully compliant with EU GDPR and Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.

Our Mission

To help organisations understand, measure, and maximise their social and economic impact through rigorous evidence, contextualised strategy, and digital and AI-powered innovation.

Our Vision

A development landscape where every intervention is grounded in real-world data, where communities' outcomes are prioritised, and where Africa's knowledge ecosystem grows stronger with every programme cycle.

Our Approach

We contextualise global frameworks to local realities — building SMART indicators, supporting donor reporting, and enabling adaptive management that serves both partners and communities across Africa.

How We Work

Our Approach &
Methodology

At MK Impakt Advisory, we believe that effective development programming begins with a rigorous understanding of context. Our methodology integrates three interdependent pillars.

01

Evidence-Based Design

We co-design MEL frameworks, logframes, and results-based management systems grounded in internationally recognised standards (OECD DAC, EU, World Bank) and adapted to the Kenyan and regional context.

02

Digital-First Implementation

We integrate digital MEL tools enabling real-time data capture, automated aggregation, and customisable reporting — reducing reporting burden while improving data quality and accountability.

03

Adaptive Learning

We embed learning loops into every programme cycle — from baseline to evaluation — ensuring evidence informs decision-making, programme adaptation, and knowledge sharing with partners and donors.

"

We bring together rigorous data collection and management, evidence-driven reporting, and digital and AI-powered innovation — translating programme data into actionable insights across Kenya and the wider Africa region.
